A Word from Our Pastor

Welcome!

I would like to welcome you to the Parks Crossroads Independent Christian Church web page. Our church trusts that you will get a glimpse of our church family and see that we truly exist to glorify the Lord Jesus Christ. The mission of Parks Crossroads is to minister the Bread of Life to the hungry of heart.

Ministering the Bread of Life to the Hungry of Heart

If you are visiting this site and your heart is longing for purpose, love, and peace, may I introduce you to Jesus Christ? He came to this earth and gave His life on Calvary so that you could be saved from your sin and experiences the love, joy, peace, and purpose that only He can give. You may have tried religion before, but I invite you to enjoy a relationship with the lover of your soul, Jesus Christ. If you would like to accept Jesus Christ as your personal Savior, simply pray, “Lord, I acknowledge that I am a sinner and on my way to Hell. I know that Jesus paid the price for my sin at Calvary and I accept Him as my personal Lord and Savior. I give my heart to Him for today and forever. Thank you, God, for saving me and giving me eternal life. In Jesus’ name, Amen!” If you prayed this prayer, would you email us so that we can pray for you and send you some helpful tools as you begin your relationship with Jesus. Please read these verses concerning salvation and assurance:
John 3:16; John 6:37; John 10:28; Romans 3:23; Romans 5:9-12; Romans 6:23; Romans 10:9-13; Ephesians 2:8-9; I John 5:6-13

Maybe you know Jesus Christ as your personal Savior, but your heart is hungry for a closer relationship with Him. The first step is to make sure that there is no unconfessed sin in your heart. I John 1:9 says, “If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” There is no sin that God will not forgive, if you will simply admit it to Him and turn from that sin. Once you have the sin removed, then you need to be in the Bible. Joshua 1:8 tells us that if we will meditate on the Word of God, then shall our way be successful. Studying the Bible is not simply an academic pursuit, but a necessary staple for the believer’s spiritual well-being. The next step is to be involved in a local church. Hebrews 10:25 tells us to not forsake the assembling of ourselves together. We need the fellowship of other believers to encourage and exhort us in our relationship with Jesus Christ. Your heart can only be full when your heart is feasting on Jesus Christ!

Parks Crossroads exists to help all who hunger for righteousness to be filled with Jesus Christ. Every aspect of our ministry is designed to help you walk closer to the Savior and be complete in Him. If you are looking to be spiritually full, we invite you to come worship with us. If we can minister to you in any way or if you have any questions, please email us at the address found in the “contact us” section. May God fill you with His Bread of Life and your soul be eternally full!

Prayerfully,

Rev. Randy Kelley, Senior Pastor
